These Terms & Conditions govern your use of myntdcards.com and any products or services offered by MYNT'd™ ("MYNT'd," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or submitting an intake form, you agree to these terms. MYNT'd is a custom trading card design and printing service based in Connecticut, USA. All cards are made to order. We do not maintain inventory.
Custom orders & approval process
All MYNT'd cards are custom-designed based on information and images submitted by the customer. No card will be printed without your explicit written approval of the final design. Once you approve a design, that approval is final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on printed cards. If you are unsatisfied with your preview, you may request revisions within the number included in your order tier (Single card orders include 1 round of revisions, Pack of 5 includes 2 rounds, Pack of 10 includes 2 revisions. Multi-Card 3 and 5 Pack orders include 1 round of revisions per card.). MYNT'd reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Customer responsibilities — image & content rights
This is the most important section. Please read it carefully. By submitting photos, names, statistics, logos, or any other content to MYNT'd as part of your order, you confirm and warrant that: You own the rights to all photos and content you submit, OR You have explicit written permission from the photographer, rights holder, or subject to use those images for this purpose, AND You have the right to use any logos, trademarks, school marks, or organizational insignia included in your submission. MYNT'd is not responsible for verifying image ownership. If you submit content you do not have the right to use, the liability for any resulting copyright or right-of-publicity claim rests entirely with you, the customer. By placing an order, you indemnify MYNT'd against any claims arising from content you submitted. If you are ordering a card for another person (a child, athlete, teammate, or family member), you confirm you have that person's consent to submit their name, image, and likeness for use in a custom card.
Name, image & likeness (NIL) — collegiate athletes
MYNT'd does not knowingly produce cards featuring active collegiate athletes without a valid, executed NIL agreement in place between MYNT'd and the athlete. If you are submitting an order for an active college athlete: You must disclose this at the time of order. A NIL agreement must be in place before production begins. MYNT'd reserves the right to pause or cancel any order where NIL compliance cannot be confirmed. Customers who submit orders for collegiate athletes without disclosure, or who misrepresent an athlete's amateur/professional status, assume full legal and financial liability for any resulting NCAA, conference, or institutional violations.
Professional & Olympic athletes
MYNT'd does not produce cards featuring professional athletes, Olympic athletes, or public figures for commercial sale without an executed licensing or likeness agreement. Cards gifted to athletes (not sold) have been produced in the spirit of appreciation and relationship-building and do not constitute commercial exploitation of likeness. MYNT'd does not sell cards featuring athletes whose likeness rights have not been secured. Any portfolio examples featuring athletes on this website are displayed with the knowledge and informal consent of those individuals, or are accompanied by a portfolio disclaimer (see below). If you are an athlete or rights holder who believes your likeness has been used without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at hello@myntdcards.com and we will address it promptly.
Payments, deposits & refunds
Personal card orders (single, pack of 5, pack of 10): Full payment is collected at checkout via Squarespace / Stripe. Because all cards are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once a design has been approved and sent to print. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund. Team orders: A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due before cards are shipped. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun. If MYNT'd is unable to fulfill a team order, all payments will be refunded in full.
Production & shipping timelines
Standard production time is 3–5 business days for design preview, plus 5–7 business days for printing and shipping after approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and subject to availability. MYNT'd is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) once cards have been handed to the carrier. Shipping timelines begin after final design approval, not at the time of order.
Intellectual property
The MYNT'd™ name, logo, branding, and card designs created by MYNT'd are the intellectual property of MYNT'd and may not be reproduced, copied, or sold without written permission. Cards designed for customers remain the personal property of the customer. MYNT'd may use finished card images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless you opt out in writing at the time of order.
Limitation of liability
MYNT'd's liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a MYNT'd order shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
Changes to these terms
MYNT'd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted at myntdcards.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Portfolio & Gallery Disclaimer
The cards displayed in our portfolio and examples section represent original designs created by MYNT'd™. Some cards feature real athletes who have received these cards as gifts — not as commercial products for sale.
MYNT'd does not sell cards featuring athletes whose name, image, and likeness rights have not been formally secured. Cards shown featuring athletes are displayed for design portfolio purposes only, with the knowledge of those individuals, and do not constitute commercial use of their likeness.
All athlete names, images, statistics, and identifying information shown belong to their respective owners. MYNT'd makes no claim of endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation with any athlete, team, organization, or governing body unless explicitly stated.

Multi-Card Orders (3 Pack and 5 Pack)
Multi-card orders require all card details to be submitted within 5 days of purchase. Design work does not begin until all submissions are received. All cards must be individually approved before printing. Nothing goes to print without explicit approval on every card. All sales are final once any card in the order has been approved and sent to print.Form Verification Clause
MYNT'd reserves the right to decline processing any card details form submission that does not include a valid name and order confirmation number matching a completed purchase. Submissions without verified orders will not be processed and no card will be designed or produced.Personal Note Clause
Customers who select the custom personal note option agree that MYNT'd will print their submitted message exactly as written on the thank you card. MYNT'd is not responsible for spelling errors or content in customer-submitted notes. Notes containing offensive or inappropriate content will be replaced with MYNT'd's signature note at our discretion.
